Subscriptions & Cancellations

All subscription based memberships (ie. Instagram Memberships) are automatically renewing services that will re-charge every 30 days, unless cancelled. 

Cancellations must be submitted no later than 2 business days from the renewal date. Any cancellation requests submitted within 2 business days of the renewal date are under the sole discretion of EROS ENTERTAINMENT LLC.

In order to cancel your membership please log into your account to access the “my subscription” dashboard and  submit a cancellation request.

Email subject: Membership Cancellation - *IG username*
Email body: *Email address, first and last name on the Eros account*
